Availability

We aim to hold all items advertised in stock. On the rare occasion that any item you are wishing to purchase is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible via email or telephone with an estimated date for delivery. We endeavour to excel in customer service and are happy to cancel or amend any order should the products not be available within your preferred time frame.

Delivery

We strive to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days of receipt for items in stock. Our preferred mail partners are Royal Mail and DPD, however on occasions we may use other couriers.

UK MAINLAND

A standard delivery charge of £2.00 will apply to UK Mainland addresses for orders below the value of £10.00. Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses for orders with a value of £10.00 or more.

Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days from dispatch.

 

HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS

A standard delivery charge of £2.00 will apply to Highland & Island addresses for orders below the value of £10.00. Delivery is free to UK addresses for orders with a value of £10.00 or more.

Delivery typically takes 5-7 working days from dispatch.

 

EUROPE
A standard delivery charge of £4.00 will apply to all orders.

Delivery typically takes 7-10 working days from dispatch.

Customs charges may be payable.

 

REST OF THE WORLD
A standard delivery charge of £7.00 will apply to all orders.

Delivery typically takes 10-12 working days from dispatch.

Customs charges may be payable.

 

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods and require an exchange or refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by email at admin@redbackcards.com or call us on 01752 830482.

Redback Cards will cover the cost of delivery or collection should the goods received not match those that are ordered or have been damaged in transit. For all other returns, the return delivery charges will be your responsibility.
