Delivery & Returns

Availability:

We aim to hold all items advertised in stock. On the rare occasion that any item you are wishing to purchase is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible via email or telephone with an estimated date for delivery. We endeavour to excel in customer service and are happy to amend or cancel any order should the products not be available within your preferred time frame.


Delivery:

We aim to dispatch standard trade orders within 1-2 days of receipt of order for in stock items. Redback Cards will notify you by way of email when your Goods have been dispatched, or if there is a delay when we expect to dispatch. The message will contain details of Goods ordered and estimated delivery times.

 

Delivery Costs:

UK MAINLAND

A standard delivery charge of £8.00 will apply to UK mainland addresses for orders below the value of £150 (net VAT). Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses for orders with a value of £150 or more. Delivery typically takes 1-2 working days from dispatch.
 

HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS

A standard delivery charge of £12.00 will apply to UK Highland & Island addresses for orders below the value of £300 (net VAT). Delivery is free to UK Highland & Island addresses for orders with a value of £300 or more. Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days from dispatch.

 

EUROPE

A standard delivery charge of £12.00 will apply to all European addresses for orders below the value of £300. Delivery is free to European addresses for orders with a value of £300 or more. Delivery typically takes 7-8 working days from dispatch. Customs charges may be payable.

 

REST OF THE WORLD (Excluding USA/Canada)

A standard delivery charge of £20.00 will apply to all Rest of the World (excluding USA/Canada) addresses for orders below the value of £300. Delivery is free to Rest of the World (excluding USA/Canada) addresses for orders with a value of £300 or more. Delivery typically takes 10-14 working days from dispatch. Customs charges may be payable.

 

Returns Policy:

Redback Cards aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions. 

If the Purchaser receives Goods which do not match those ordered, unless accompanied by an explanatory note detailing the changes, stating reasons for the changes, and setting out your options, the Purchaser should contact Redback Cards within 10 working days to arrange collection and return. Redback Cards will be responsible for paying shipment costs. The Purchaser will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon receipt of the returned Goods in a re-saleable condition to Redback warehouse.

If any Goods purchased have faults when they are delivered, the Purchaser should contact Redback Cards within 28 working days to arrange collection and return. Redback Cards will be responsible for paying shipment costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased.

If any Goods develop faults within their warranty period, the Purchaser is entitled to a repair or replacement under the terms of that warranty.

If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, the Purchaser should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, such damage should be reported to Redback Cards within 10 working days and arrange collection and return. Redback Cards will be responsible for paying shipment costs. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased.

If the Goods have been dispatched or have reached you, but the Purchaser decides that they are no longer required, the Goods can be returned to Redback Cards within 10 days of receipt. Goods can only be returned for this reason if their packaging remains unopened and the Goods can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work on the part of Redback Cards. The Purchaser is responsible for paying shipment costs if Goods are returned for this reason.

Redback Cards reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms and Conditions. Factors which may be considered in the exercise of this discretion include, but are not limited to:

i)  Any use or enjoyment that you may have already had out of the Goods;

ii) Any characteristics of the Goods which may cause them to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

iii) The fact that the Goods consist of audio or video recordings or computer software and that the packaging has been opened;

iv) Any discounts that may have formed part of the purchase price of the Goods to reflect any lack of quality made known to the Customer at the time of purchase.

Such discretion to be exercised only within the confines of the law.
